Post prego body

Eeek! I can't wait to get back to me tiny Me ... I don't have weight issues but omg this prego lookin belly is just not right ahem ahem ... Pictures

I look like I'm 5 months no lie!

So what am I going to do...????
Eat healthy.... Only 3 snack things when I shop( that's all I'm cutting it Down to because I don't believe in diets/etc)

Wrapping my belly up....really tight so water or whatever is in there goes away!

Walking and taking Zion for strolls.... Ughhh it's been rainy though and cold lol so I'll jus wait until he's 3 mon+

Playing dance central on xbox... I'm sure this will work omg the game is sooo fun and gets you moving and sweating

I gained almost 30 lbs this pregnancy I'm happy with the weight gain just not the pouch



Out of ideas anybody have any suggestion please do not hesitate to leave a comment!

And wish me luck I want to lose atleast half of my pouch by January 17th!:)

  1. Breastfeeding is the best way to get your uterus to contract back to its original size. All the other stuff is great for your extra weight gained during pregnancy. But the pouch is not fat. It's your stretched out uterus!

    Breastfeeding releases hormones that cause you to contract back to your pre-pregnant belly. Extra bonus? Breastfeeding burns an additional 500 to 800 calories per day just to make milk. That's like a workout & you don't even have to do anything!

    Trust me. At your age, after I had my son & was breastfeeding...I was back to wearing my pre-pregnant jeans when he was two weeks old!
